I just wanted to say thanks. I've been deeply enjoying our sessions, and I just had a moment after our call, where I took a second to just feel my feelings, how it physically felt, and it's something fairly new for me.
I feel seen. Heard and understood. Although my partner understands me, she's not autistic. She can empathize, but she doesn't have the same shared experiences and trauma. When I share something, and you nod with that nod that says "oh yeah that old chestnut"... well it's wonderful and I'm so thankful for it.
(I mean I wish we had less traumas and all that.)
