Autistic teens and adults who have recently(ish) figured out you're Autistic, and are working through your whole history in terms of this new perspective.
Provide prompts and guidance to look back on all the things you did and that happened to you, and begin to sort out what it means now what you know you were Autistic all that time, and begin to shed the shame and blame and guilt you have carried all these years for things that weren't your fault, and the stories that people told you that may not be as true as you thought at the time.
This is divided into areas of: family, school, work, friends, relationships.

Those of us living with chronic pain/illness/fatigue, in burnout or burnout recovery, and anyone whose capacity isn't as unlimited as toxic productivity culture would have us believe it should be.
Offer another point of view on toxic productivity, because you can't work like a machine (and even the machines need to be turned off and on occasionally), as well as practical guidance on what you can do about it.
