A growing collection of resources on topics that come up over and over for those of us who figured out in adulthood that we aren’t broken, we’re Autistic.
This is just the beginning. I’ve got several more in the works. Join the waiting list(s) to get notified when these come out.
If you're deep in the bowels of a personal growth Journey, but are looking for a break from the seriousness.
If you like to play (or are trying to be more playful).
If you like the idea of getting real value while breaking out the colored pencils.
If you don't just want to read; you want to engage.
This is intended to somewhat poke fun at the tropes and tired refrains of the personal growth industry (including my own participation in it). Sometimes we get so caught up in how important this work is, it's nice to take a step back and have a bit of fun.
For entertainment and practical usefulness. 🙂
Parents and caregivers who ache for an Autistic or ND identity-affirming camp experience, but aren't sure how to tell which camps will live up to the hype, if they're actually affirming or just using the new buzz words.
Offer practical tips and guidance on how to screen out problematic camps, how to spot ABA in disguise, what red, yellow, and green flags to look out for, and more.
(Also available on Kindle.)
Autistics, our allies, and family members who are thinking about starting coaching themselves, either to help others through what you've gone through, to make the world a better place, or to make some part-time income from home.
Answer practical questions like: am I ready, how do I get started, what education do I need, how much to charge, how to get clients, what does it take out of one (energy, emotionally, time, cost), would I be any good at this, etc.

Autistic teens and adults who have recently(ish) figured out you're Autistic, and are working through your whole history in terms of this new perspective.
Provide prompts and guidance to look back on all the things you did and that happened to you, and begin to sort out what it means now what you know you were Autistic all that time, and begin to shed the shame and blame and guilt you have carried all these years for things that weren't your fault, and the stories that people told you that may not be as true as you thought at the time.
This is divided into areas of: family, school, work, friends, relationships.

Those of us living with chronic pain/illness/fatigue, in burnout or burnout recovery, and anyone whose capacity isn't as unlimited as toxic productivity culture would have us believe it should be.
Offer another point of view on toxic productivity, because you can't work like a machine (and even the machines need to be turned off and on occasionally), as well as practical guidance on what you can do about it.
This will go over how to figure out your own optimized Adjusted Full Time Hours, as well as some suggestions on how to effectively set boundaries (even when you're bad at boundaries) to more or less keep to that most of the time.
