    What will you learn?

    Most of the advice given to Autistic people in burnout — and to the people trying to support them — comes from a playbook designed for neurotypical burnout. Some of it is unhelpful. Some of it actively makes things worse. This workshop gives you the map. We'll go through the five stages of autistic burnout and recovery, what each one actually feels like from the inside, and what helps — and what backfires — at each stage. If you're Autistic, or you work with, live with, or care for someone in autistic burnout, this is for you.

    Who am I?

    Hi, I'm Heather. I'm AuDHD and specialize in late-identified Autistic adults and AuDHDers. I've been through multiple serious autistic burnouts myself, broke the cycle, and have been burnout-free since 2015. I developed this workshop from years of coaching people through burnout firsthand, and community research of lived-experience accounts from the autistic community.
    This workshop is what I wish someone had handed me when I was in the worst of it.
